Moodfarms Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp of mustard
3 slit green chillies
½ inch ginger
5-6 garlic cloves
2 sliced onions
Salt to taste
1 ½ tsp of red chilli powder
½ tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
Fresh coconut slices
In a pan heat some coconut oil & mustard add green chillies, chopped ginger, curry leaves and garlic cloves, mix everything well.
Add sliced onions and salt to taste.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Add fresh coconut slices.
To the mixture add prawns and give it a good mix.
Now add water, mix well and cover it with a lid. Let the prawns cook well.
Prawns & Coconut Fry is ready to be served!
